    The does not hold true in every case but have you ever noticed how the option of interest has a better, clearer chart than the underlying? Today, this was the case for the $2830 call on SPX.

    Note the MACD difference between SPX and the call option which moved from $.09 +/- to $1.20 +/-. That works. That would feed the family.

    Yes, I agree, Jeff. This is a great example.I do know one person who uses the option charts a significant amount. I think it’s often a good idea to look at the option chart either to help confirm a trade or to actually see a trade as in your example – especially for high volume tickers.
